creates messages for public service announcements, billboards,
bus shelters, bumper stickers, posters and electronic
reader boards. Heightened awareness programs are presented
on the four major holidays of the year.

- The Red Ribbon Campaign is the
most comprehensive, beginning in November and running
through January 1st.
- STOP DUI donates breathalyzers
and also provides educational opportunities to local
law enforcement agencies.
- A speakers bureau is provided to
the community and is comprised of victims, law enforcement
and others.
- Presentations are made to schools,
churches, civic organizations, hotels, night clubs,
re-hab centers, prisons and others.
