STOP DUI
"Victim Impact Panels" are presented once a month
in the
Clark
County Library Theater

Approximately 400 DUI offenders attend the
program each month.
Panels are comprised of victims and others who tell their personal
stories of how their loved one was killed or injured, or how
they, themselves were injured and how this crime impacted their
lives. Graphic slides depicting the victims are included in
the presentation.
The purpose of the V.I.P. is to provide an opportunity for the
offenders to see and hear the reality of DUI with the hope of
reducing recidivism.
The panels also provide a therapeutic experience for the participating
victims. The program is coordinated and conducted by the executive
director.
